While we do not administer medications, Touching Hearts at Home can help make sure the proper medications are being taken at the proper times. If medications are to be taken with certain foods, we can help prepare those foods. We also help monitor and manage any unpleasant side-effects.
As mobility becomes more difficult for seniors, safety in the bathroom becomes a real issue. Touching Hearts at Home provides assistance in the bathroom with showering, grooming and dressing so that you can feel your best and maintain your overall hygiene and health.
Touching Hearts at Home provides assistance with daily housekeeping tasks to be sure that the household remains clean and safe. Examples of typical tasks include cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, replenishing soap and toiletries, assisting with pet care, grocery shopping, meal preparation and doing laundry.
